Orders placed via certified check or money order are simple. Simply add the item(s) to your shopping cart and and select "check out". Fill in the appropriate information and select Certified Check or Money Order as your "payment method" complete the order, print a copy and mail it along with your check to :

Once we receive the check we will promptly ship the goods and send you an e-mail confirmation.

We recommend all US orders are shipped via UPS. 2 day and 3 day delivery available at an additional cost. It's fast and reliable. Sorry we can't ship UPS to PO Boxes

Return Policy



If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase, please return the product back to us in unused new condition for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Music and Video's can only be returned for refund if they are unopened. Damaged music and videos may be exchanged for the same title. Snowskates, Snowboards and Skateboards are not guaranteed against breakage. Remember to take the time to learn to ride and take lessons when available. The products are built to withstand extremes, when ridden and taken care of properly. Do not exceed your own abilities and ride smart.

Boost Mobile Phones and Refill Cards are not refundable. Manufacturers defects are handled directly through the manufacturer.

PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT. If you have a manufacturer warranty issue, we can help as well. HOWEVER, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU E-MAIL US BEFORE YOU SEND THE ITEM BACK TO US.

I(the buyer and/or end user) understand that paintball, snowskating, snowboarding and skateboarding can be hazardous activities. I understand that the use of paintball, snowboard, snowskate or skateboard equipment purchased from this internet site involves numerous risks of injury and death. Adverse terrain or weather conditions, poorly maintained equipment, the use of alcohol or drugs, and exceeding the limits of one’s abilities can increase these risks. I hereby freely agree to assume and accept any and all known and unknown risks of injury while using this equipment. I further recognize and acknowledge that the risks inherent in the sport of paintball snowskating, snowboarding and skateboarding can be greatly reduced by taking lessons and using common sense.

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SALES TO ME I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW:

-To waive any and all claims that I have or may in the future have against ChuckieJones Extreme resulting from use of paintball, snowskating, snowboarding and skateboarding equipment.

-To release ChuckieJones Extreme from any and all liability of any damage, injury, loss, or expense that I may suffer, or that my next of kin may suffer, as a result of my use of the equipment purchased with this order, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence or breach of contract on the part of ChuckieJones Extreme in the design, manufacture, selection, installation, maintenance or adjustment of the equipment.

-In the event of my death or incapacity, this Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives.

By entering into this agreement, I will not be relying upon any oral or written representation other than what is set forth in this Agreement.
